Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7-21 business days for international shipments.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items and the shipping method selected.
- Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $100.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations. Please contact us if you have questions about your location.
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace or refund your order as necessary.
